What we do
We are a travel enquiry and referral platform. With your permission, we will share your trip requirements and contact details with selected independent travel partners so they can contact you with quotes. Bookings and tour delivery are handled by those partners.
My Travel Planner is not a tour operator, travel agency or payment service. We are not connected with any government tourism department.
Enquiries are free
Sending an enquiry costs you nothing and does not oblige you to book. We do not take payment for your trip.
Quotes and prices
Quotes come from our partners and depend on dates, vehicle, group size and inclusions. Any price or range on this website is indicative, shows the date it applies to, and can change. Only a partner's written quote for your dates applies to your booking.
Bookings, changes and refunds
Bookings, payments, changes, cancellations and refunds are between you and the partner, under that partner's terms. Please read those terms before you pay. We cannot change or refund a booking made with a partner.
Partners are independent
Partners are independent businesses. They are responsible for their vehicles, guides, stays, licences and the quality and safety of the services they provide. We choose partners with care but do not control how they deliver a trip.
Using the website
Please give accurate details in your enquiry and do not misuse the site, send spam or try to disrupt it.
Limits on our responsibility
We do not guarantee that a partner will be available, that a quote will suit you, or that information on this site is free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses arising from services delivered by partners.
